Launched in September, the contemporary grill features Executive Chef Paul Hallett’s progressive cold and hot plate dishes, complemented by a collection of curated desserts; and has already become one of the most talked about dining destinations for weekend warriors.
Driven by his passion for high-quality and natural produce, Executive Chef Paul Hallett delivers a menu that will win over palates of even the most discerning diners. The social dining experience opens with a diverse selection of charcuterie and fresh bread served at the table, followed by an assortment of à la carte cold and hot main dishes freshly prepared from the kitchen.
