To ensure every dish is of the highest quality, we use farm-to-table ingredients wherever possible, many of which are grown in our very own sustainable aquaponics farm right here at Swissôtel The Stamford.

To ensure nobody misses out on The Stamford Brasserie, we also offer a Grab & Go service, allowing guests to take away their favourite treats before heading out for a day of business or exploration. From early morning until late evening, The Stamford Brasserie is here to provide luxurious bistro dining and craft beer, enhancing your stay in Singapore.
