Available from 1 to 31 October at 3pm to 5pm daily, this captivating experience is a sensory celebration of the enduring elegance of roses.

Inspired by the renowned Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, this high tea draws upon the elegance and complexity of Frédéric Malle’s fragrances, infusing them into a selection of exquisite savouries and sweets. The rose, a symbol of beauty and sensuality, takes centre stage, weaving its essence through each carefully crafted dish.

Enhancing the high tea is SKAI’s beautifully immersive set-up, featuring captivating displays of Frédéric Malle’s signature products. With striking red accents and sleek glass showcases against the backdrop of stunning panoramic views, guests are drawn into a sensory world where fragrance and fine dining merge. The carefully curated space, with its elegant, minimalistic design, creates an atmosphere of sophistication and luxury, elevating the entire high tea experience.

This exclusive high tea creation, expertly curated by Executive Chef Seumas Smith and Executive Pastry Chef Yong Ming Choong, showcases the finest offerings from this exceptional collaboration. The savoury selections are a true feast for the senses, with dishes like Hamachi with Truffle Ponzu, where delicate flavours are elevated with a hint of truffle, and the Smoked Salmon Mousse with Ikura & Bergamot providing a rich, velvety texture, perfectly complemented by the citrusy lift of bergamot and the briny pop of ikura. Each dish is a testament to the artistry of combining intricate flavours with the sophistication of fine fragrance.
